A wedding seating chart, built into your invitation

Plan your tables with a drag-and-drop seating chart that lives in the same dashboard as your digital invitation — and stays in sync with your guest list and RSVPs automatically. Part of the Premium plan.

One plan for the invitation and the room

Most couples manage RSVPs in one place and the seating plan in another — a messaging thread for replies, a spreadsheet for tables. The two never quite agree. Pressed Love keeps them together: the seating chart is built on the exact guest list that powers your RSVP tracking, so the names you are seating are the people who have actually confirmed.

Add tables, set their size and shape, and drag each guest into a seat. Plus-ones, dietary notes and declines are all already there. When someone changes their reply, the seating chart reflects it — there is nothing to re-key.

How the seating chart works

  1. 1

    Collect RSVPs

Guests reply through your invitation. Confirmed guests and plus-ones build your live guest list.

  2. 2

    Add your tables

Create tables, name them and set the seat count for each — round, long or head table.

  3. 3

    Drag guests into seats

Drag names from the guest list onto seats. Move anyone between tables with a single drag.

  4. 4

    Adjust until the day

Late changes and cancellations update the chart instantly, so the plan is always current.

Seating chart — frequently asked questions

Is the seating chart included in every plan?

The drag-and-drop seating chart is part of the Premium plan (€575), alongside the planner checklist, budget tracker and custom theming. Starter and Essential cover the invitation and RSVP tracking; Premium adds the full set of planning tools.

Does the seating chart update when guests RSVP?

Yes. The seating chart is built on the same guest list as your RSVP tracking, so confirmed guests, plus-ones and declines all flow through automatically. You are always arranging real, up-to-date numbers — not a spreadsheet that drifts out of date.

Can I drag and drop guests between tables?

Yes. You add tables, name them, set how many seats each holds, and drag guests from your list onto a seat. Moving a guest from one table to another is a single drag — no re-typing, no re-numbering.

Do guests see the seating chart?

It is yours to plan privately in the dashboard. You decide whether to keep it internal or share a clean, guest-facing view so people can find their table when they arrive.

Why not just use a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet does not know who has actually replied. Because the Pressed Love seating chart and your RSVPs are the same data, every change to attendance is reflected instantly — and the whole plan lives in the same place as the invitation you already sent.
