1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided your invitation has not been published. "Published" means the invitation has been made shareable via a personal link, public link, or QR code, regardless of whether you have actually shared it with guests.
Once an invitation is published, the service is considered delivered and the refund window ends.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
• The refund request must be received within 14 days of purchase, and
• The invitation must not have been published, and
• Only one refund is granted per customer account. Customers who have previously received a refund are not eligible for additional refunds on subsequent purchases.
3. What Does Not Affect Your Refund Eligibility
The following do not count as "using" the service and will not impact your eligibility within the 14-day window (provided the invitation remains unpublished):
• Designing your invitation in the dashboard
• Adding or editing guests in the guest list
• Information updates such as names, dates, addresses, or FAQ text
• Requesting bug fixes, feature improvements, or clarifications from our support team
4. Revisions Included
Every plan includes two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction:
• First revision: main content and design validation
• Second revision (optional): final tweaks and refinements
Additional revision rounds are available for a fee. Each additional round includes the requested adjustments in a single feedback cycle.
5. Information Changes After Publishing
After publishing, changes to information (dates, names, addresses, etc.) remain free until the wedding date, provided they do not require design changes. These free updates are part of the service and do not extend or restart the refund window.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
• Email hello@pressedlove.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout
• We will confirm receipt within 1 business day
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
• Once a refund is issued, your invitation will be unpublished and dashboard access will be removed
7. Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. EU consumers may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Where local law grants you broader rights than this policy, those statutory rights apply.
