1. No Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our digital invitation design services, refunds are not accepted once the design process has begun.
2. Revisions Included
We include two rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction:
• First revision: main content and design validation
• Second revision (optional): final tweaks and refinements
3. Additional Revisions
Additional revision rounds are available for a fee. Each additional round includes the requested adjustments in a single feedback cycle.
4. Information Changes
Changes to information (dates, names, addresses, etc.) are free until the wedding date, provided they do not require design changes.
