2. Service Description
Pressed Love offers a custom digital wedding invitation creation service that includes:
• Custom digital invitation design
• RSVP confirmation system
• Guest management dashboard
• Hosting and access to your invitation
3. Ordering Process
1. Create an account and choose your plan
2. Design your invitation using the self-service dashboard (Starter & Essential) or provide your details for our team to design it (Premium)
3. Publish and share your invitation with guests
4. Pricing and Payment
Payment is made in a single charge at the time of ordering. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Service Delivery
On Starter and Essential plans, your invitation is available immediately after you publish it. On the Premium plan, the custom-designed invitation is delivered within 48 hours of receiving the required information.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Once we have started creating your personalized invitation (custom-made digital content), the right of withdrawal is considered fulfilled as the service has begun with your express consent.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee with included revision rounds to ensure everything is perfect before launch.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page. Contracts already formalized will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of contracting.
