2. Service Description
Pressed Love offers a custom digital wedding invitation creation service that includes:
• Custom digital invitation design
• RSVP confirmation system
• Guest management dashboard
• Hosting and access to your invitation
3. Ordering Process
1. Create an account and choose your plan
2. Design your invitation using the self-service dashboard (Starter & Essential) or provide your details for our team to design it (Premium)
3. Publish and share your invitation with guests
4. Pricing and Payment
Payment is made in a single charge at the time of ordering. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Service Delivery
On Starter and Essential plans, your invitation is available immediately after you publish it. On the Premium plan, the custom-designed invitation is delivered within 48 hours of receiving the required information.
6. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided your invitation has not been published. Once your invitation is published — that is, made shareable via a personal link, public link, or QR code — the service is considered delivered and the refund window ends. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law (including, where relevant, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a satisfaction guarantee with two included revision rounds to ensure everything is perfect before launch. Information updates (names, dates, addresses, FAQ text) remain free until the wedding date, provided they do not require design changes.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page. Contracts already formalized will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of contracting.
