Registered address: 1111B S Governors Ave STE 39501, Dover, DE 19904, US Email: hello@pressedlove.com These terms and conditions govern the use of digital wedding invitation services offered through this website, and the contract is between you and Fabricate, LLC.

Pressed Love lets you design a digital wedding invitation yourself, share it by link, QR code or personal guest links, collect RSVPs and manage your guest list. What each plan (Starter, Essential, Premium) includes is shown on our pricing page at https://pressedlove.com/pricing and in the dashboard at the time you buy.

You need an account to design and publish an invitation. You must be at least 18, give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

1. Create an account and choose a design 2. Design your invitation in the dashboard for free. You can share a watermarked draft preview; preview links expire 7 days after you share them 3. Choose a plan and pay to publish. Your invitation is available to guests as soon as you publish it All plans are self-service: you design the invitation yourself with our editor, and our support team can help by email or chat.

Prices are one-time payments for the plan you choose, with no subscription. You pay in the currency shown at checkout (euros, or US dollars or pounds sterling where offered). Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you upgrade to a higher plan, you pay only the difference between the two plan prices.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided your invitation has not been published. Once your invitation is published — that is, made shareable via a personal link, public link, or QR code — the service is considered delivered and the refund window ends. Full conditions, eligibility, and the refund request process are described in our Refund Policy at https://pressedlove.com/refunds. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law (including, where relevant, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Every plan includes two revision rounds with our support team to help get everything right before launch. Information updates (names, dates, addresses, FAQ text) remain free until the wedding date, provided they do not require design changes.

You keep ownership of everything you add: text, photos, videos and music. You give us permission to store, display, translate and process that content only to provide the service to you and your guests. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload and to share your guests' details with us, and that your guests may be contacted for the invitation and RSVP. We handle guest data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://pressedlove.com/privacy.

Do not use Pressed Love to publish anything unlawful, infringing, hateful or misleading, to send spam, or to interfere with the service. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

"Lifetime access" means your published invitation and dashboard stay available for as long as we provide the Pressed Love service, with no renewal fee. We work to keep the service running continuously but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If we ever decide to close the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your guest list and RSVPs.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.

We may update these terms. Changes are published on this page. Purchases already made remain governed by the terms in effect when you bought.
