Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We also use similar browser storage (local and session storage) that works the same way. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.

2. The two kinds we use

• Necessary: needed to sign in, pay, remember your cookie choice and offer support chat. They are always on because the site cannot work without them. • Optional: analytics, session recordings and advertising measurement. They help us understand what works and measure our ads. Whether they run depends on where you are and what you choose (section 4).

3. Cookies we use

Necessary (always on): • cookie_consent (Pressed Love): stores your cookie choice, until you change it • pl_consent_region (Pressed Love): remembers for this browser tab whether the US opt-out rule or the opt-in rule applies. The value is only "opt_in" or "opt_out"; it is deleted when the tab closes • __session, __client_uat and related (Clerk): keep you signed in, for the length of your session • __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid (Stripe): payment security and fraud prevention, set only once you open a payment form, on our pages or on Stripe's checkout page; up to 1 year and 30 minutes • crisp-client (Crisp): keeps your support chat conversation, up to 6 months, only in the dashboard Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure page speed and visits without cookies and without identifying you. Optional (analytics and advertising): • ph_* (PostHog): product analytics and session recordings with everything typed into forms hidden, up to 1 year • _fbp, _fbc (Meta): measuring Facebook and Instagram ads and matching an ad click to a purchase, 90 days • _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics, Google Ads): measurement, up to 2 years • _ttp (TikTok): ad measurement, up to 13 months

4. When optional cookies run

Outside the United States (including the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada), optional cookies only run if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. In the United States they run by default, and you can opt out at any time with "Opt out" in the cookie notice, the "Your privacy choices" link in the footer, or your browser's Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour automatically. Guest invitation pages never load optional cookies unless the guest has accepted them. We work out which rule applies from the country of your internet connection, and keep only the result (opt-in or opt-out), never your location.

5. Changing your choice

Use the "Cookie settings" link ("Your privacy choices" in the US) in the footer of any page to change your choice at any time. Turning optional cookies off reloads the page without them. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working, but you will be asked again.

6. More about your data

Our Privacy Policy at https://pressedlove.com/privacy explains who receives this data and your rights.

7. Updates

We update this policy when the cookies we use change, and show the date at the top.
