How long until I receive my invitation?
On every plan, your invitation is available as soon as you finish setting it up in your dashboard. Premium adds extra planning and customization tools, not a separate done-for-you delivery queue.
Is there room for feedback?
Absolutely. We share a preview and refine the invitation with your feedback before final delivery.
Where do RSVPs go?
RSVPs are stored in your private dashboard where you can view, filter, and export them anytime.
How long does the invitation stay online?
Forever. It's a one-time payment with lifetime access, no subscriptions.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, as long as your invitation has not been published. Once an invitation is published — that is, made shareable via a personal link, public link, or QR code — the service is considered delivered and the refund window ends.
