Boutique Terms
Last updated: October 15, 2026In shortYour card is only authorised when you order. We charge it once the atelier confirms your gown, price and delivery date. Standard sizes can be returned within 14 days of delivery; made-to-measure gowns cannot.
1. Who you buy from
Gowns in the Pressed Love boutique are sold by Pressed Love, which takes your payment and looks after your order, delivery, returns and any questions. Each gown is made by an independent atelier whose collections Pressed Love is authorised to sell.
2. How an order works
• You choose a gown and a size or style and pay at checkout. Your card is authorised for the price shown, not charged.
• We place your order with the atelier. When the atelier confirms it in writing, we email you the confirmed price and delivery date, and only then charge your card. Your order is accepted, and our contract is made, when we send that email.
• If the order cannot be confirmed within 7 days, we cancel the authorisation and nothing is charged. Your bank may take a few days to release it.
• We never charge more than the amount you authorised.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include delivery to the address you give at checkout. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
4. Delivery, duties and taxes
Gowns are made to order, so delivery dates depend on the atelier and are confirmed in the email that accepts your order, never before. Your gown may ship from outside your country, in which case your country may charge import duties or taxes. We tell you what to expect before your card is charged; unless we say otherwise, they are paid to the carrier on delivery. The courier may call you on the phone number you give at checkout.
5. Sizing and custom measurements
Standard sizes follow the size chart on each gown's page. If you ask for custom measurements or a change to a design, we confirm the measurements, design, price and delivery date with you in writing before the atelier starts.
6. Cancelling and returns
• Before your card is charged, you can cancel at any time by emailing us. Nothing is charged.
• Standard-size gowns: you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the gown without giving a reason, wherever you live. Tell us by email, then return the gown unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of sending it back. We refund what you paid, including the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving it back.
• Gowns made to your measurements or to a design change you asked for are made for you alone, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
• If a gown arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us with photos within 14 days of delivery. We arrange a repair, a replacement or a full refund, including delivery, and you keep all your statutory rights.
7. Photos and descriptions
Photos show each gown as the atelier presents it. Gowns are finished by hand and colours vary between screens, so small differences from the photos are normal. If anything matters to you, ask us before you order.
8. Your data
We use your name, email address, phone number and delivery address to fulfil your order, and share them with the atelier and the courier only for that. Our Privacy Policy (pressedlove.com/privacy) explains the rest.
9. Statutory rights and contact
These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights; where local law gives you more, it applies. Questions or cancellations: hello@pressedlove.com. The seller is Fabricate, LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 39501, Dover, DE 19904, US.
