Questions about the gift
What does the couple get?
The plan you choose, exactly as if they had bought it. Essential gives them one-tap RSVPs with a personal link for every guest, meals and plus-ones, the seating chart and the planner. Starter puts their invitation live with a link and a QR code. Either way they choose the design and make it their own.
How long is the code valid?
Three years from the day you buy it. Creating and designing an invitation is free, so they can start whenever they like and use the code when they publish.
What if they have already started their invitation?
Even better. They open it, tap Publish and choose “Have a gift code?”. Everything they have made stays as it is.
Can they move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Once the code is used they can upgrade at any time and pay only the difference.
How do I give it?
Straight after payment you get an email with the code and a link to a certificate with your message. Print it for a card, forward the link, or read the code out at the engagement party. Anyone with the code can use it, so give it only to the couple.
Which currency do I pay in?
The one Stripe presents where you are: US dollars in the United States, pounds in the United Kingdom and euros everywhere else. The price on the form is the price you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying, as long as the code has not been used. Write to hello@pressedlove.com.
