# Pressed Love vs RSVPify

RSVPify is the strongest RSVP and guest-management engine in this category. If your wedding is 400 people across several events, with invite-only sub-events, meal choices and a check-in desk, it will handle that better than we do — and this page says so plainly. Where Pressed Love differs is what the guest receives: a designed invitation with an animated envelope reveal, in their own language, sent to them personally on WhatsApp — for one payment instead of a renewing subscription. Competitor facts last checked August 2026; verify current pricing on RSVPify's own site.

## TL;DR

- **RSVP depth:** RSVPify wins. Sub-events, meal options, form logic, capacity limits and day-of check-in are its core product.
- **The invitation itself:** Pressed Love is built as a designed piece — animated envelope reveal, 17 curated wedding templates, 29 languages.
- **Pricing model:** RSVPify is a subscription with a genuine free tier up to 100 invitees. Pressed Love is a one-time €49–€575 with lifetime access and no free publishing tier.
- **Sending:** RSVPify sends by email plus a shareable link (SMS via Zapier). Pressed Love sends each guest a personal WhatsApp, SMS or email.

## Where RSVPify is genuinely stronger

RSVPify treats the guest list as the product, and it shows. Invite-only secondary events let you ask different questions of different groups — rehearsal dinner for thirty, ceremony for four hundred — from one list. Meal options are pre-loaded so caterers get accurate counts. Form logic, custom questions, capacity limits and password protection handle the awkward cases. Its drag-and-drop seating chart syncs with RSVPs, plus-ones, groups and meal preferences, and check-in works from any device on the day.

None of that is marketing generosity on our part. If your list is large and the rules are complicated, that machinery is the thing that saves you weeks, and Pressed Love does not match it feature for feature.

## The real difference: subscription vs one-time

RSVPify is sold as a subscription. There is a real free tier — up to 100 invitees or RSVPs, no card required, collecting actual responses — and then personal-event plans listed from around $6 per month billed annually as your list grows, with separate business and nonprofit tiers above that. It renews until you cancel. If the subscription lapses you drop to the free plan and lose access to your premium events until you renew; RSVPify says it holds event data for at least 30 days after expiry, and event URLs are subject to expiry after a year with no new RSVP.

Pressed Love is a single one-time payment: **€49** for Starter (published invitation, no RSVP), **€175** for Essential (the wedding default, with RSVP and guest management), or **€575** for Premium (planner, seating chart, gift fund, custom music). One payment, lifetime access, nothing to renew or remember. The honest trade: there is no free tier for publishing on Pressed Love — designing and previewing are free, but reaching your guests is paid from the first send, where RSVPify's free plan can carry a 100-guest wedding at no cost. See the [full pricing page](https://pressedlove.com/tr/pricing).

## The invitation as an experience

RSVPify's output is an event page and an RSVP form, and it is clean and fast. Pressed Love's output is an invitation: the guest taps a link, an envelope opens with their name in it, and the RSVP sits at the end of a piece that was designed to be looked at. All [17 templates](https://pressedlove.com/tr/templates) are available on every plan, so the design you want is never behind a higher tier. Whether that matters is a taste question — preview both before deciding, since designing on Pressed Love costs nothing.

Our catalogue is deliberately small. Seventeen hand-curated wedding templates is fewer than the big incumbents offer, and we do not print paper. If you want a hundred options or a physical suite, that is a real reason to look elsewhere.

## Languages and per-guest sending

RSVPify supports English plus 27 other languages: you add the languages you need to the event, Spanish and French come pre-translated, others can be translated manually, and guests are prompted to choose a language before reaching the form. It is more capable here than most people assume.

Pressed Love takes the setup out of it. All **29 languages** ship on every published invitation, and each guest simply sees their device language — no configuration by the couple, no prompt for the guest. For an intercultural or destination wedding where half the list reads Albanian and half reads German, that difference is felt on the first tap.

Sending works differently too. RSVPify emails from inside the platform and gives you one shareable URL for everything else. Pressed Love gives every guest their own link plus a pre-written WhatsApp, SMS or email message you send in two taps; because the link is personal, RSVPs attribute themselves to the right guest without anyone typing a name. If WhatsApp is how your family actually communicates, that is the practical gap.

## When RSVPify is the better choice

1. **Large or logically complicated guest lists.** Several hundred guests, invite-only sub-events, per-person meal choices, plus-one rules, capacity caps. RSVPify is purpose-built for exactly this; use it.
2. **You need day-of check-in or ticketing.** Check-in from any device and paid ticketing (with a per-ticket fee) are RSVPify features that Pressed Love simply does not have.
3. **Your budget is zero and your list is small.** Up to 100 invitees, RSVPify is free and collects real responses. Pressed Love has no free publishing tier.
4. **You are not planning a wedding.** Corporate events, fundraisers, conferences, birthdays — RSVPify covers all of them. Pressed Love is wedding-only, on purpose.
5. **You want USD pricing and a US-centric product.** Pressed Love prices in EUR, which is mildly annoying if your card and your budget are in dollars.

## How to switch

1. Export your guest list from RSVPify as a CSV
2. Sign up for Pressed Love at [/create](https://pressedlove.com/tr/create) — designing is free
3. Pick a template, paste your wedding details, preview free
4. Import the CSV on the Guest List screen; column mapping is automatic
5. Publish when ready (Starter €49 / Essential €175 / Premium €575)
6. Send each guest their personal link via WhatsApp, SMS or email

Plenty of couples run both, and that is a legitimate answer: RSVPify for a complex guest-management job, Pressed Love for the invitation guests actually open. ## FAQs

### Is RSVPify free?

Yes, genuinely — up to a point. RSVPify has a real free tier that covers events with up to 100 invitees or RSVPs, with no credit card required, and it lets you actually collect responses rather than only preview. You start paying when your guest list goes past that limit or when you need premium features such as the seating chart, day-of check-in, advanced email tools, custom questions or form logic. Personal-event plans are listed from around $6 per month billed annually; business and nonprofit tiers cost considerably more. Check rsvpify.com for current figures, as they are in USD and change.

### What's the biggest difference between Pressed Love and RSVPify?

What each one is built to be. RSVPify is an event-management and RSVP engine: the strength is the response logic — sub-events, meal options, plus-one rules, seating, check-in — presented as an event page and form. Pressed Love is a designed invitation you send: an animated envelope reveal, 17 curated wedding templates, 29 languages, and a per-guest WhatsApp, SMS and email flow. The commercial difference follows from that: RSVPify is a renewing subscription, Pressed Love is a one-time €49, €175 or €575 with lifetime access.

### Does RSVPify support languages other than English?

Yes. RSVPify supports English plus 27 other languages: Spanish and French are pre-translated out of the box, you add the languages you need to an event, and guests are prompted to choose a language before they reach the form. If a language is not on the list you can translate the default field text manually. Pressed Love works differently rather than better in every case: all 29 languages ship on every published invitation with no setup, and each guest sees their device language by default with no prompt to answer.

### Can RSVPify send invitations over WhatsApp or SMS?

Not natively. RSVPify sends invitations by email from inside the platform and gives you a shareable event URL you can paste into WhatsApp, a text message or anywhere else — so it can reach those channels, just not as a built-in send. Direct SMS goes through an integration such as Zapier. In Pressed Love, WhatsApp and SMS are first-class: each guest gets a personal link and a pre-written message you send in two taps, and the RSVP that comes back is attributed to that guest automatically.

### When is RSVPify the better choice?

When the guest list is the hard part. If you have 300 or 400 guests across several events, invite-only sub-events, meal choices per person, complicated plus-one rules and a day-of check-in desk, RSVPify is the stronger tool and we would rather you used it. The same goes for ticketed or paid events, non-wedding events, corporate and nonprofit use, and couples who want a capable free tier for a small guest list. Pressed Love is wedding-only and does not do check-in or ticketing.

### What happens to my invitation if I stop paying?

On RSVPify, a lapsed subscription drops you to the free plan and you lose access to your premium events until you renew; RSVPify says it retains event data for at least 30 days after expiry or cancellation, and event URLs are subject to expiry after a year with no new RSVP. On Pressed Love there is nothing to lapse: you pay once, and the published invitation and its RSVP data stay yours with lifetime access. That is the practical case for a one-time price — the page does not depend on a renewal you have to remember.
